Rebates of 1.0% of the Purchase Price, plus a One-Year Home Warranty! 

Buyers may qualify for a rebate of 1.0% of the purchase price upon the close of escrow. Pursuant to the rules established by local associations of REALTORS and multiple listing services ("MLS"), any home offered for sale through the MLS must offer the buyer's agent a commission.  The standard offer is 3.0% of the purchase price or one-half the overall commission.

If you purchase your home through Timeline, you will receive the 1.0% rebate unless the seller's agent and your agent is one and the same. 

Also, Timeline will pay for a one-year premium home warranty through a reputable and established provider, a value of several hundred dollars.
